Do not move here. This leasing office is in the habit of mishandling your security deposit then being elusive when you call them on it. I've been waiting 3 weeks for them to resolve the issue of my deposit. Aside from the thievery, the complex and homes are pretty basic, not "luxury" contrary to the sign out front. During my years as a tenant, I had issues with the office not communicating with the residents. I was at work on Christmas Day when my building's water was shut off due to the freeze. The office did not communicate anything to us about their decision to shut the water off or when the water would be back on. Residents had to find other housing for the days that we went without water. We were not refunded for the displacement. Management also did not communicate plans to have the buildings pressure washed. I came home to my living room flooded with bleach water because they pressure washed my building and the water came in the front door because it was not properly sealed. These simple issues could have been properly addressed with an email or some type of communication on the portal. We received no heads up about it. We are charged for trash valet and the trash is supposed to be picked up 5 days a week. More times than not, my trash remained at my door for days at a time. Yet, I was still charged for it. You get what you pay for. With that being said, if you would like a properly maintained apartment complex with communicative staff, you may have to spend a little extra money. Kayla, the leasing agent who helped with my move out, was very pleasant and professional. Kudos to her.

Do NOT move here. This place is infested with bugs. They paint the tubs terribly. They painted over mold in my apartment. After a few months it started to appear. I was devastated. When I moved in they had a huge hole in my living wall for 2 weeks fixing a broke pipe. They never gave me anything for my inconvenience. This is the WORST place to live. Trust me Do Not Move Here.

Terrible place. I advise everyone to pass by this place and don't waste your money. For 4 months that I live here, every month I get a new problem. On the very first day of our check-in, the shower did not work, which was repaired only after a week. Then, the toilet didn't flush. To which I was told in the leasing office that I have two and I can use the other one. Are you seriously??? I'm paying to have two toilets. Then, I complained about a neighbor who walks around the apartment all night or watches loud TV and because of the super thin walls and super thin floors, I hear as if this person lives in my apartment. But again they couldn't help me. And the last straw was the flood in my apartment while my husband and I were on vacation. We waited 2 weeks for the problem to be solved and for this I went every day to the leasing office. Why should I have so many problems for $1700 a month. Moreover, I was assured that these are renovated apartments. On the last day, they didn’t even let me in to see the manager, referring to being busy. And I get all this for $1700 a month!!!! Also, you simply cannot imagine how dissatisfied the face of a man who works at the entrance to a leasing office is. With all his appearance, he shows his unwillingness to work and help the residents. I ask all Rosemond staff to reconsider their attitude to work. Because I can't imagine what each of you gets paid for. I advise people who are looking for housing not to choose these apartments under any circumstances. Please pay attention to the comments by the tenant, it's really not worth it

The communication wasn’t that great during the application process I constantly had to call and make sure that things were in place before the move in. When I finally moved in last Saturday the sink was completely backed up and would not drain properly and does not have a disposal system and the toilet handle was broken and needed to be replaced. Other than that I love the apartment just wish that they would pressure wash the outside as there are a lot of stains from old trash. The valet trash has not come to my apartment at all this week so I’m literally paying for a service I have not received yet. Overall I love the apartment I love that it’s quiet just wish that the upkeep was a little better than what it is otherwise great community thus far neighbors are friendly and mind their business!! I would suggest this property if you are looking for a low rate but don’t expect luxury.

I’ve lived here for 3 years …I’ve experienced two corporate changes and numerous property managers and staff . It’s affordable but it’s not worth it . When I first moved in .. my new apartment was infested with roaches . I kid you not .. I was seeing 20+ Roaches the day I moved in ! I had to have them bomb my apartment 3x and force them to exterminate my neighbors. The enormous potholes In the roads , the lack of stop signs ( I’ve witnessed numerous accidents within the complex ) , and most recently the mailbox break ins. I wish I could tell you how many times the trash compactor was broken that led to trash build up and mice !!! The mailbox break-in was the last straw . This happened (twice ) in December and some of the mailboxes are STILL broken in February with no tentative fix date . They had no sense of urgency to follow up with tenants with stolen packages . They left it up to us to figure it out . I have yet to receive any correspondence from the Usps or police regarding my stolen items . Not to mention the package lockers that we are required to pay for had a system that was down for two weeks at a time . I won’t renew my lease. Save yourself a trip . The models look nothing like the stale apartments with old carpet that you’re going to receive .

If I could leave zero reviews, I would. Ramon and Vanessa are professional scam artists and it’s best to never trust them and leave the property alone. The walls are thin, there are drug abusers who infiltrate the place and the walls are so thin you will lose your mind. It is not worth the cheap rent, cause the hassles and unnecessary fees on move out and even upon termination of the lease, this disgusting company Rosemont/Titan property management will be the ruin in your life. Do not allow that and find a better place to live than that miserable dump.

I wish I could give zero stars. RENTER BEWARE!!! they will lie to your face that there isn't a mold problem and then they will TAKE your moldy stuff and tell you they're getting it fixed and then lose it and act like they don't know what you're talking about. This is egregious treatment to tenants paying their rent and following their policies. They could at least return the action. We are currently taking the steps to sue this complex for theft. Seriously yall, BEWARE!!
